Even though our main focus is Amazon FBA shipments and applicable prep orders we also provide direct-to-customer shipment services using a 3rd party software (this feature will soon be available in our software) for our clients who mainly use our in-house prep services and ship goods to Amazon FBA.
It depends on the prep service, once the prep order is selected you’ll be notified what is the minimum requirement for a given service.
Yes, our system allows you to customize individual prep requests. In order to do so please contact us and explain in details what needs to be done and once we review that request and approve it you will see it among prep services selections.
We have a built-in transaction system that processes internal payments for each order (ie. incoming shipment, prep order, FBA shipment) while placing the order you will see your estimate and once the order is completed you will be charged from you current balance.
If you don’t have enough funds we can still process your orders which will create an outstanding balance which you need to replenish before we schedule your FBA shipment.
Yes, we process returns for our existing customers, we do not work with dropshippers nor do we provide our warehouse space for handling returns only.
Yes, we accept removal orders for our existing customers.
Maximum storage capacity per customer is 10 pallets 48" x 40" x 60". Your products must come and go as quickly as possible. We mainly focus on prep and fulfillment services rather than storage.
Currently we only pull information that is required to run our services more efficiently such as: your Amazon account inventory and FBA stock and your FBA shipments (existing and new), we DO NOT pull your sales reports, your product performance, your customers communications and shipping information.
